This is a place to describe our Refund & DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy.
Our Refund policy is as follows:
If you receive Fish, Plants, or Invertebrates that arrive DOA (for plants if you are unhappy reach out with photos of the plant we will refund the cost of the plant to you), we will offer a refund at no cost to you. This refund will only be guaranteed for 24 hours after receiving your items.
The refund process works like this. You must reach out within 24 hours after receiving your order to CustomerService@AquaHavenAquatics.com with photos of the items that arrived DOA, in the bag, unopened. If these procedures are not followed as well as sending photos any later than 24 hours from the delivered time will cause this policy to be null and void in all aspects, and no refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed 24-48 hours after you have reached out to our Customer Service Team. Refunds take 7-10 Business days to fully appear back to your original form of payment.
Please note we do NOT refund the cost of shipping due to the shipping labels being unable to be refunded through USPS or UPS, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
